Our blogging mission is simple: To share shortcuts, ideas and product "pointers" that can help your computing day "go a bit smoother". Hence, the name Go Pointers.
And, since our business mission is to provide software products that do the same, we are staying true to ourselves and, hopefully adding some additional value to your lives as computer users.
Here's our first Go Pointer and it's from me:
"As your computing day grows longer, sometimes the font "magically" grows smaller. That's when some of us say, "I need (new) glasses". But wait!
There is a simple, "Go Pointer equivalent" to new glasses AND...it's free (In this day and age, free's not a bad idea; for instance .) Here's the deal: Ctrl. + increases the size of your font and Ctrl. - ...decreases it!
Try it! With hold your right thumb on the right Ctrl. key and "tap" the + (plus) key (it's right next to the backspace key and below the F10 key). Next, do the same for the - (minus) key, which is just to the left of the + key. Notice how this makes the font smaller? That's it. Simple, huh?"
